Privacy

Pro Clean Plus (“we”) is a cleaning company in Ein el Remaneh, Beirut. This page covers the information we use to quote, book, and complete a visit.

What we collect

When you book or ask for a quote we keep your name, mobile number, language preference, the pin and notes for the address, photos and videos you send for a quote, and the payment method you chose (cash or Whish).

How we use it

We use that information to send a quote, assign a cleaner, calculate travel from the Badaro office pin, collect payment, and contact you about the visit. We do not sell it.

Payments

Cash is collected on arrival. Whish is a third-party wallet; their terms apply to that transfer. We store that a payment was made, not your wallet PIN.
