These terms cover cleaning visits booked with Pro Clean Plus through the mobile app, WhatsApp, or the office.
Booking
Regular cleaning is confirmed when you pick an open time. Deep cleaning and window cleaning need photos first; the office sends one price and time options, and the visit is booked when you accept.
Price
Regular cleaning is $15 per hour per cleaner, plus supplies if we bring them ($10 on that visit) and travel. Quote jobs are the office’s price plus travel and tax. Travel is a round trip from the Badaro, Beirut office pin, shown before you confirm.
Payment
Cash in USD when the team arrives, or Whish after you confirm.
Cancellation
You can cancel while we are still quoting, or change the preferred day and time before the office replies. After a visit is booked, call the office. Sundays are closed unless the office changes that.
